Neymar again made PSG headache because giddy

Paris Saint-Germain coach Thomas Tuchel (PSG) was once again disappointed after Brazilian superstar Neymar spent time recovering from an injury to fly to Madrid (Spain) to enjoy the Davis Cup tennis tournament this week.

“I am not his father, I am not a policeā€, said an exasperated Tuchel on November 21, the day before PSG hosted Lille in the 14th round of Ligue 1. This match is planned for the player. The world’s most expensive back after a hamstring injury suffered when returning to play for Brazil in a friendly against Nigeria on October 13.

“I was his coach, and he was well trained. Do I like the fact he went on this flight? No, not at all. But is it worth me crazy? “If all goes well, he can play tomorrow, but whether he starts or plays on the bench, it depends on a number of things”, coach Tuchel added.

The 27-year-old forward has scored four goals in five appearances this season, but will have a chance to return this weekend in Ligue 1 to prepare for his trip to Real Madrid in the Champions League.

According to the French press, the former Barcelona superstar once again became a problem for Tuchel about finding a main striker to stabilize everything despite having too many stars like Mauro Icardi, Edinson Cavani and Kylian Mbappe. In addition to Neymar, all three strikers left the possibility of playing in Ligue 1 this weekend.

Young talent Mbappe is currently struggling with illness and cannot play in France’s 2-0 victory in Albania in EURO 2020 qualifiers over the weekend. In addition, Tuchel will not have midfield duo Ander Herrera and Marco Verratti in the match against Lille because of similar problems.

Lille has been eliminated from the Champions League this season after just four games and haven’t yet won their trip in the current campaign. They arrived in Paris without Nigerian top scorer Victor Osimhen due to suspension. The team also struggled when coach Barshe Galtier was reeling after assistants Joao Sacramento and Nuno Santos were both allowed to leave on November 20 to join Jose Mourinho’s entourage at Tottenham Hotspur. Lille is currently ranked 5th in Ligue 1 with 19 points, less than PSG to 11 points.
